Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7.30am and includes Fresh Fruit, stewed fruit, fruit juice, cereals, cold meat platter, muffins and bacon, eggs, tomato and mushrooms with either tea or freshly made filter coffee. Simon's Town is the naval base of South Africa so there is plenty of naval activity in the bay. There are activities such as kayaking in the bay or taking a boat trip to Seal Island and maybe see a Great White shark or two. The Penguin Colony at Boulder's Beach is close by. Cape Point is 20kms away along a very scenic route.
