Bayview offers superbly-furnished self catering accommodation in Gordons Bay, Cape Town. This crisp and contemporary, fully-equipped private home is located in the suburb known as Mountainside, overlooking Gordons Bay. Spread out over 3 floors, Bayview consists of a 3 bedroom luxury living space and a spacious one bedroom flatlet. The flatlet is situated on the 1st floor and is possible to rent separately or together with the 3 bedroom apartment. Our home is located in Suikerbossie Drive, within the most prestigious area of Gordons Bay - a sophisticated haven which overlooks the old harbour, Bikini Beach and a Whale lookout point. Should you visit, you will be intoxicated by stunning views from every room, with panoramic vistas over False Bay. On a clear day you can see Table Mountain and Simon's Town in the distance. Our 2 self catering accommodation options comprise of: The 3 bedroom living area has 1 bedroom with a king size double bed and 2 bedrooms with large twin beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning and is en suite and has large, walk-in cupboards and every room has fabulous sea views. The 1 bedroom flatlet is very spacious with over 130 square meters of living space with fabulous views over False Bay and Gordons Bay. It consists of a living room and bedroom with a large king size double bed en suite. The living room has a sleeper couch and it is possible to place a cot and an extra bed. There is full DSTV and complimentary wifi and there is a refreshment corner with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide the perfect self catering base from which to explore the Gordons Bay and Cape Town area. Your holiday couldn't have a better base than this (we know, because it's our base too).

The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving.
The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
